We ship all items from our boutique in Florida via USPS.  None of our items are drop-shipped at any time as we maintain inventory offline.  You will receive tracking information via email after checkout as well as tracking updates via email and/or text message. Most orders go out in 24-48 hours.

Our Return Policy is 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged and/or the wrong size.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and ship your item to: 4695 Sabal Palm Drive, Boynton Beach, FL 33436.

By making your online purchase, you acknowledge and agree that if there is any issue to the merchandise you receive or if you need a different size that you will contact us beforehand so we can arrange an exchange in the size that you need. 

You also acknowledge that we do not offer cash returns and you agree to accept an exchange as opposed to pursing a chargeback on your recent purchase.  If a chargeback occurs, you will be held responsible for any all fees; legal if necessary, in the reversal of the chargeback in our favor.  This is why it's best that you contact us directly so we can work together in making sure you return any defective/damaged/wrong size merchandise and receiving replacement and/or the correct size in a timely fashion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will ship a new size/item to you.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
