Please note that Bitsy Stoneking is an actual offline boutique and we carry all merchandise in stock.  When online customers purchase anything, it is carefully boxed and wrapped in tissue paper and shipped from our location in Delray Beach, Florida.

We pride ourselves in offering to you an unique selection of clothing that is NOT found in other on and offline boutiques.  If you order and receive merchandise that does not fit, then please follow our Return Policy so we can get you taken care of immediately.

You have 14-days from the time you receive your product to contact us directly and return your order to us for exchange.  Please email me, the Owner, directly at katrina@bitsystoneking.com and please forward your email confirmation of your order so I know who you are and what you ordered.  Please include your phone number so I may call you and confirm information as needed.

No, I am sorry, we don't.  We only offer product exchanges and the limit is 14-days.
